Coach Tony Sparano, miami dolphins, Paul Pasqualoni, Todd Bowles, Kacy Rodgers, assistats Coach Tony Sparano, the new Miami Dolphins head coach, hired three assistants this Wednesday from his former team, Dallas Cowboys. Paul Pasqualoni, Todd Bowles and Kacy Rodgers are the new team members joining Miami.


Paul Pasqualoni will be the defensive coordinator in Miami. He was the coach at Syracuse from 1991-2004, leading the Orangemen to a record 107-59-1 record and nine bowl appearances. He spent the past three years with the Cowboys as tight ends coach and then linebackers coach.



Todd Bowles the new assistant head coach and secondary coach. He has eight years of experience as an NFL assistant, including the past three in Dallas, where he was secondary coach and an assistant with the Cleveland Browns in 2001-04.


Kacy Rodgers as defensive line coach, will do his best to make this last horrible season for the Dolphins a memory. He spent five seasons with the Cowboys, including the past three coaching the defensive line.


They all worked in Dallas with Tony Sparano, who was the Cowboys‘ assistant head coach before taking the Miami job last week.
