A rematch of Week 14 rumble. San Diego meets Tennessee for the second time in five weeks
For the second straight season, the San Diego Chargers are on their way to the AFC Champ title. Only that this time around, they will face the Tennessee Titans, a team which is more than thrilled to be getting another crack at the AFC West champions. San Diego brings another winning streak of six into the postseason and enter having won 10 of 12 following a 1-3 start.
“We go out to San Diego and give them our best shot.”
On their last meeting RB LaDainian Tomlinson capped a Chargers rally with a 16-yard touchdown run in overtime as San Diego prevailed 23-17 in Week 14. San Diego scored the game’s final 20 points, including a 2-yard touchdown with 9 seconds remaining to send the game into overtime.
The main steps for their place in the AFC wild-card were taken after the Chargers and Titans have not lost a single game since Week 14 .
The Chargers have won six consecutive games, and 10 of their last 12 to win the AFC West. Tennessee have won four of their last five after stumbling through a three-game losing skid. The Titans claimed the final spot in the AFC playoffs with their incredible win at Indianapolis. That was a shock to us all!
There is always a player that makes a difference in playoff games and specialist think that it could be one of the two under-the-radar players: Albert Haynseworth and Antonio Cromarti. We think that Titans will win, but no more than 5-6 points advantage.
